hey people!

there will be a fire inspection TOMORROW!, 27/12/2010.

there a few guidelines we have to follow in order not to fail the inspection! (heard theres a fine).

Please make sure the following does not happen:

1. Do not put things at the corridor (includes tables, stools, pedestals etc.). Make sure no excessive footwear as well. (Max 2)
2. Ensure that the fire safety equipment is not obstructed. Fire extinguishers, fire hosereels are clear of debri. Remove any stickers or things hanging on the fire extinguishers.
3. Make sure that the stairwell is clear, no obstructions.
4. The pantries, kitchen and lounges. Make sure that there is no electrical overload. Try make it look neat so it wont look like a dumping ground for people who leave their stuff in hall.

SO! please do not be alarmed if your slippers/shoes are gone today! they will just be inside your shoe cabinet! oh and if you all see this already, do try to keep your own slippers and shoes :)
